Every page on Dealbender deals with the months between a signed purchase contract and a funded closing, for buyers of small businesses and land and the transaction coordinators some of them hire. So far there are three guides. They take up the contract's dates, a price conversation after diligence and the closing wire.
Who runs the site
Heirloom Acquisitions LLC, a small company run by its owner, publishes Dealbender. The company works with owners of land service companies who are preparing to sell, and with business brokers. The booking button on this site opens a call with the company.
Pages on this site carry no paid links for wire verification, escrow, title or settlement services. If a guide recommends a paid product through a link that pays the company, the recommendation says so beside the link.
How a Dealbender page is made
AI helps draft each page, and the company's owner then checks the draft against its sources and approves it for publication. Each guide is dated twice, once for publication and once for the last check of its facts.
Real cases on the site, such as a court ruling or a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, link to the public record they come from. Examples that are invented carry a label where they begin. Legal topics are general information about United States law, never legal advice. Advice on a particular deal comes from that deal's attorney and accountant.
What the site keeps and sends
The site's own code sets no cookies, runs no scripts and has no forms; its web host sets one technical cookie, which the privacy page names. No mailing list runs from this domain.
